What rain gutter rack towers will work with the Summit Racks Bracket System?

The Summit Rack’s Bracket System will accept both the Thule® Gutter Foot Pack 300 and Yakima® 1A Raingutter towers.

What is the weight limit of the Summit Racks Bracket System?

Each Summit Racks bracket can support 150 lbs of static load. However, the carrying capacity of a rain gutter rack system is based on the load bar rating. Please contact the rack manufacturer for additional information regarding carrying capacity of your rack system. In addition, you should confirm that your vehicle’s bed rails can support the load of your rack system and gear.

Which load bars should I use?

Load bars are manufacturer specific, so they will need to match the rain gutter towers you’ve selected. The load bars will need to be at least as wide as the outside of the pick up truck box and can be cut down for a more streamlined fit, if desired.
